Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?

While massage cannot treat terminal or chronic illnesses directly, it can help to reduce the stress and anxiety that having such an illness can cause. Massage can reduce high blood pressure, stabilise heart rate, and release endorphins, that help improve mood. 

Is there a difference in price for client home visits compared to client coming to your studio? 

There is no change in price. Prices remain the same for both home visits and studio appointments. 

How should I prepare for my treatment?

There are a few things you can do to help maximise your experience and all the benefits. Stay hydrated, eat lightly, take a hot shower, dress comfortably, arrive in good time, and feel at ease to communicate any needs or concerns you may have.

Do I need to ask to be put on the loyalty scheme?

No, the loyalty scheme automatically kicks in when you book your first appointment. You will be given a card, with a stamp for your first massage, and the date you will need to complete your 5th massage by, in order to receive a free massage.

What should I expect from my first session?

Upon meeting for the first time, you will be welcomed and asked to complete a short client consultation form (unless completed electronically prior to your visit. There is an option to receive a subjective and functional analysis prior to your first massage, to determine areas that require work. However, this is not compulsory. Once ready for the massage, I will leave the room, and you can get yourself comfortable on the massage table. Strict towel management will be in place during the massage, ensuring your privacy is maintained throughout.

On completion of the massage, I will again leave the room and allow you sufficient time to ease yourself up and get dressed.
