Who I Am and What I Do
Hi, I'm Andy, welcome to my business, AJL Massage. I am a Level 4 qualified sports massage therapist, and offer a variety of massage services from the comfort of your own home, chosen venue, or my room at E-Pulse studio, Huntly Grove, Peterborough. So whether you are in need of preventative or restorative massage therapy, or just looking for some relaxation to help cope with the stresses life can throw at us, get in touch to see how I can help.
I have a degree in Sport, and have worked as a PE and Sport teacher for 20 years. I am a competitive sportsman myself and therefore, have a deep knowledge and understanding of how the body can be affected in a number of ways, and the importance of making sure we respect and look after it the best we can.

Played sport to a good level throughout my life, gathering experience of the benefits of all types of treatment that can help improve performance and maintain health and fitness levels.
